Cancellation Policy

Notification of changes to or cancellation of a scheduled session must be made at least twenty-four (24) in advance of the scheduled session. If notice to reschedule or cancel is not given at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of a scheduled session, the session will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
